Morten is passionate in his search for a creative and innovative solution, approaching each challenge on the philosophy that more often than not the best solution is the simplest, and that the creative process is best expressed in interdisciplinary teams steering methodically and systematically towards their objective. His personal strength comes to the fore both at the preliminary project phase and later at the detail stage, where he is very experienced in the use of TRIZ as a development tool.
