IUG explains its activities like this: "We make engineering expertise and technical skills available in the midst of an emergency zone. We help to provide an overview, identify needs, plan and implement operations which allow life to carry on when man made or natural disasters have struck."

eye·D aims to make an active contribution towards a better environment – for example, by conserving energy.
Most of our work in the CleanTech field has centred around intelligent ways of saving energy.
Internally at eye·D, we have adopted management and control systems which help to keep eye·D's energy consumption at a minimum level.
eye·D employees are cycling enthusiasts - taking the bike wherever possible. It's good for the environment – and for employees' health. eye·D has an interesting modest collection of historical bicycles, illustrating the development of cycling.
